Our Circle Vibe

We commune in a circle like our ancestors did thousands of years ago.

The atmosphere we create is one of warmth & safety with a sacred altar in the center replete with lit candles & elements of nature representing the earth to ground us. Meditation, sound healing & reiki create a relaxing atmosphere & help the women to center.

Our time together is sacred. We hold “space” for one another by listening & witnessing each other as we share our truth. Centered Circles is far beyond social gatherings; it is a multi-sensory, multidimensional experience which cultivates bonds that are more emotionally and spiritually fulfilling.
